CENTER DENMARK in Shanghai on December 7-8, 2009.

The China Edition Suggestions 2009:
- Officially recognise CleanTech industry as a priority economic sector;
Enhance protection of intellectual property rights;
- Facilitate financing of the private sector and particularly Small- and Medium-Size Enterprises (SMEs) and project developers with loans based on sales of products and on projects contracts.
- Simplify tax and customs regulations and procedures to facilitate foreign and domestic investment in ClenTech industry
- Lower tax burden and other fees on CleanTech enterprises;
- Encourage new Biofuel crop production, with zero impact on food production; using the current farming structure;
- Incorporate in future educational programs a course entitled "Postgraduate Students Training on Environmental Understanding and Business". This course will be based on the Pilot Project run jointly by the ECUST/School of Business & EVRA International, Inc. & EuroAkadem in 2009.
